    Info: I love this dish, because it is always present in our Sunday lunches. It is a typical Italian-Tuscany dish: it mixes different ingredients which were part of agricolture traditional life in my region. These main ingredients are:

    • Eggs: these ingredients are at the center of the contest and are the main characters of the dish. The yolk is fried in olive oil and kept a little bit raw and creamy. The whites are mixed with tomato sauce;
    • Tomato sauce: this is the vegetable part in the dish. Tomatoes are cut in small pieces and boiled with garlic, olive oil and the white part of the eggs;
    • Basil: this gives to the dish a good smell and a good green colour.
    • Bread: this ingredient is very important because it helps us to clean the dish and absorber all the sauce.
