I made some egg rolls tonight. I made a video recipe but need to edit...so, you get a first peek! The egg rolls did not last long. Everyone grabbed and they were gone in 15 minutes. Served with duck and chili sauce. You gotta love egg rolls.
How to Make the Best Chinese Egg Rolls

1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
