Salsa Verde Chili

This is an easy and comforting chili... Salsa Verde Chili. It is getting colder by the day and chili is one of our favorites. Served with rice and some tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds cubed beef
2 cups beef broth
2 cups salsa verde
1 cup green enchilada sauce
1 large diced onion
1 diced green bell pepper
1 seeded diced jalapeno
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. cumin
1 bay leaf

Coat beef with:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

oil
salt and pepper to taste
