My Journey to Becoming Cooking Ninja - Filled Champignons

Hello, Steemians! How do you feel about some delicious filled champignons? This is one of the most used mushroom sorts for cooking and it is full of vitamins and minerals. They have low caloric value. This dish is easy to prepare and tastes really good. You will need the following ingredients:

  • Large champignons 800 g
  • Chicken liver 400 g
  • Bacon 150 g
  • Rice 200 g
  • Vegeta stock
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Parsley
  • Cherry tomato

Clean the mushrooms well and carefully break off the stems.

After you cleaned the mushrooms nicely use a teaspoon to sprinkle them with a little vegeta stock on the inside like on the picture above.

After that, fill the mushrooms with sliced chicken liver, and cover it with a slice of bacon on top.

Place them in the oiled baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C (350 F) for about 30 minutes.

While we are waiting for mushrooms to be baked, we can prepare rice as a side dish. Just put the rice in a bowl with water, add a teaspoon of salt and cook for about 20 minutes.

I used these thinly sliced cucumbers, carrots and parsley for salad and as a decoration, but you can experiment and add some veggies you have in your kitchen.
