I eat a wreath practically every day for a second breakfast for about a year and thanks to that I changed my figure.

- 200ml milk 2% fat
- 4 tablespoons of flaxseed
- chia seed spoons
- 2 whole peaches
- 25g raisins
- a spoon of peanut butter with pieces of nuts
