I am so glad you eat meat again, because one day our families will meet, and I love to cook for people and I am a meat person, though I would make vegan for guests. But I have some really good recipes that have meat in them. I get my meat from local sources that graze feed their livestock to cut down on exposures to GMOs and hormones that you can find in many grocery stores.
