Sandwich with Greek salad and chickpea paste

Ingredients

• 150 g of canned or boiled chickpeas;
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
• 3 ½ tablespoons of olive oil;
• ¼ a bunch of parsley;
• ½ small red bulb;
• salt - to taste;
• ground black pepper - to taste;
• 80 g of feta cheese;
• 8 slices of bread;
• 1 cucumber;
• 1 tomato.

Preparation

Chop the chick blender, add 1 spoonful of lemon juice and butter, and chopped parsley. Cut the onion into thin half rings, add to it the remaining lemon juice, ½ tablespoon oil, salt and pepper and mix. In a separate tank, stir feta with 1 spoon of olive oil.

Spread chicken paste on 4 bread slices. Top with cucumbers and tomatoes, cut into thin slices, as well as onions. For the remaining slices of bread, spread the feta and cover them with sandwiches.
