How to make Egg salad with corn: Recipe
This is a wonderful season when sweet corn and perfectly ripe tomatoes are taking over the markets. If you haven't tried corn and eggs together yet, maybe this will entice you. This meal could be breakfast or dinner. and the cooking time is just 10-15 minutes. So get ready to enjoy the recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 1 can of canned corn;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Preparation
While the eggs are boiled, grate the cheese on a medium grater and drain the liquid from the can with corn. Then cut the eggs into cubes and combine them with the other ingredients. If it turned out dryly, add mayonnaise or another dressing to your taste.
Egg salad with corn can be varied, if the cheese is replaced with canned tuna in its own juice and pickled cucumbers. Fish should be kneaded with a fork, and cucumbers - grate on a coarse grater.
