Step by step method of preparing a typical naija melon soup.

Hello steemian...
Today I will be writing on how to prepare a typical naija melon soup.
We can either use garri,fufu,wheat or semovita to eat it.
The ingredients needed to prepare melon soup are;

Smoked fish
Kpomo(well cooked)
Pumpkin leaf
Pepper
Onion
Salt
Seasoning cube
Melon
Palm oil
Beef ( seasoned and steamed)
Crayfish
perewinkle.
Sometimes I use stockfish.

HOW TO PREPARE THE MEAL
-Keep an clean empty pot on fire
-put your palm oil
_add salt
-add onion, smoked fish, kpomo, beef, and maybe stock fish.
-add 2cups of water to it and allow to boil.
-add pepper 4seasoning cubes, and your crayfish.
-add your perewinkle when your food is boiled

-wait for 3mins. Before adding your melon

-after adding the melon allow for another 3mins.
-then lastly add your vegetable

This is how you soup is supposed to look like
