chicken geprek from indonesia
this geprek chicken is a variation of recipe with basic ingredients of fresh chicken meat which will be fried with special geprek chicken seasoning and then the meat will be in the splash or in geprek. For the presentation itself is usually accompanied by chili onion with some levels of spiciness according to taste.
Actually this food is similar to chicken penyet or chicken sambal korek. It's just that with the condition of chicken meat in the splash or in geprek has a blend of delicious and savory taste of chicken and spicy onion sambal.
