Meat balls
100 grm meat ball of juicy well seasoned beef.
Ingredients
(16 meatballs)
Chuck meat 1 kilo
Egg ( large ) 4
Parmesan 100 grm
Panko 70 grm
Garlic pwdr 30 grm
Onion pwdr 30 grm
Basil 10 grm
Mustard 2 tbsp + 3tbsp
BBQ sauce 3 tbsp
Worchester sauce 4 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Cheese slices 8 slices
Bread buns 16
Red onion 3
Butter 2 tbsp
Black pepper 7 grm
Salt 10 grm
Directions
Mix all in a large bowl. Form ~110 grm balls. Put in fridge for 1-2 hr. Remove from fridge 1 hr before cooking. Heat oven to 180 C. Cout balls with few drops of olive oil. Place in baking pan for 30-40 mins till parmesan and fat ring form under ball.
After 25 mins of cooking add half a slice of cheese on top of ball and continue cooking, till cheese melts.
Cut buns in half, in hot pan melt butter and place bottom half of buns gradually as butter melts face down till golden brown. On the other half smear mustard. On the butter half add half a tsp of BBQ sauce in the middle. Top BBQ with chopped onion. Place meat ball on top.
