Salim, Thai Dessert
One of popular Thai desserts that I would like to share with you today is called “Salim”. Or it may be described as “chilled sweet vermicelli in coconut milk”. It’s colorful and you can feel jasmine fragrant while eating. I added some ice to the bowl. Um….it’s very cold and so sweet! For the hot day like this, it’s really good for me indeed!
You must not miss this dessert, if you visit Thailand next time!

I agree with @jlufer, your desserts do look healthy, compared to some of the things I eat for a sweet snack. Maybe I should move to Thailand...
