Alua, Ancient Dessert
There are various kinds of Thai desserts that I previously presented them to you. Today, I’m glad to introduce you to another colorful ancient dessert. It’s called “Alua” or “Allure” which means “fascination”. It’s originated from Portugal and presently a popular dessert in Thailand.
It’s pretty small and has good smell… It’s made of flour; the surface looks hard with solid sugar, but it’s sticky and sweet inside. It’s a good snack indeed!
