Homemade Cheesecakes with chocolate filling
Experiment with chocolate and every time you get a new taste. Ever since I heard, chocolates are good for memory, I was always in search of recipes with chocolate. This one I find quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 500 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Flour 6–8 Art. spoons
- Chocolate 1 tile
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with eggs, salt, sugar and 5-6 tablespoons of flour.
If the curd is too wet, squeeze it first.
2 ․ Divide the chocolate into pieces according to the incisions on the tile.
3 ․ Moisten your hands with water and form small balls from the dough.
In the center of each ball, squeeze a piece of chocolate and pinch the cottage cheese over it so that the filling is not visible. You should get small cakes.
Roll the pieces in the remaining flour. Heat oil in a pan.
6 ․ Fry the cheesecakes on low heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.
