SIRNIKI is a very popular Russian dish made of cottage cheese.
It is cooked fast and tastes great!
We take:
cottage cheesean eggbranvanillinflax flour
Put the mass into the forms! That's it! In 15-20 min SIRNIKI are ready!
You can add jam or fruits and enjoy!
As a rule, SIRNIKI are fried but we all know such food isn't healthy and useful, that's why it's better to bake them.
