NATURAL SWEETS: USEFUL AND TASTY PASTE (A HOMEMADE RECIPE)

Do you know that sweets can be useful?

They can be tasty, easy to cook, and сan be very good for your weight and body health!

Don't you belive it? Then LOOK HERE!


It's my own handmade paste, and it's really both useful and tasty!

We all like something sweet, but sweets that are sold in shops are just trash (do you see ingridients?). I don't think we should be so careless to our own health and throw to our mouth everything we see, like in a gabage, that's why I take care about food for my family.

Paste is natural sweetness. I bought it very often until I didn't see that producers started to add there unnatural ingridients. 

Then I started to seek for homemade recipes of paste. There are dozens of them, and they all are rather easy to made!

SO what do we need?

  • fruits (any you like)

In the photo the paste was made of apples and bananas, but you can take any berries or other fruits (not very juicy)

  • honey (or sugar) - it makes the paste more flexible
  • nuts (if you want)
  • vanillin or cinnamon 

That's all!

  1. peel apples
  2. slice them in small pieces
  3. throw in boiling water for 1-2 minutes
  4. chop them in a blender
  5. add bananas
  6. add honey, sugar, nuts, vanillin or cinnamon

You'll receive mass like porridge or puree.

It's important to chop it very well to make it homogeneous.

Then we need just to dry it!

I have a dehydrator, so it's great to use it for this purposes. 

But if you don't have it, no problems - you can use your oven or even just the sun! Yes-yes, the paste can be made just under the sun-)

The purpose is to dispose of moisture that is in our fruit puree.

So we put our mass on the parchment, the layer must be very thin, about 0,5 cm in thickness.

Then we put it in the oven, dehydrator or just under the sun and wait until it's ready!

When the paste is dry and flexible that you can make rolls, so it's ready!

It took me about 6 hours in the dehydrator.

In the oven it's longer, about 10 hours amd the door must be half-opened, the temperature must be very low!! About 40 degree celsius! Othewise the paste will be baked, not dried-)

By the way, low temperature is very important because when it's kept under the 40 degree, then it saves all useful elements and vitamins in our food.

This recipe is very popular amond vegans and people, who keep a raw diet.

This sweetness is absolutely natural and tasty! Children adore it!!!

If you buy it in the shops, you'll see it's absolutely different, because manufacturers add much starch there to make it faster, but it's very harmful for our health!

This recipe is 100% natural and safe!

I really heard about Paste for the first time and it's really reflecting so natural and delicious and in my opinion everyone wants to eat the natural food which have the mixture of both the taste and the health. And in my opinion everyone should try the natural food at home because that give also an sense of achievement. This is also my first time learning about paste like @chireerocks and it seems like a great idea! You can use any fruits and this works? OR do some have a better consistency than others?

Seems like it is the perfect snack to take on a long trip or when you are craving something sweet at work! Love it! :)

any fruits and berries, but not very juicy, otherwise it will take much time to dehydrate them-)
