Baking Powder Vs Baking Soda
Baking Powder and baking soda are same, if we say in short.

Baking Soda is pure Sodium Bicarbonate. Our desire from it to do baking. But pure Sodium Bicarbonate cannot do this. Because it needs some acids in food to start the reaction. Otherwise Baking will not be done. So if you want to use it, Then remember to ass some acidic ingredient in the recipe as well.

While baking Powder is mixture of Sodium Bicarbonate with some acids. As soon we add it to dough or batter, it will start the reaction. Baking will start. We did not need any acidic ingredient to add in the recipe. Baking will be more effective.
