Nanotechnology is a term that generally refers to the development, manipulation and manufacturing of materials in size range of 1-100 nm. These includes micro elements or smaller than micro not any other like octa etc.

Nanotechnology is used for many other purposes. As this is the newest technique of Food Processing and Preservation, there are very less that we know till now. Many researchers are doing their best to this technique.

Here I am describing another benefit of nanotechnology from which everyone on the Earth is taking benefit. No one can deny this except the dead ones.

Water is very essential component of our life and any other living cell. But as we know water is polluted by Industries or by other means making it unfit to consume. So we developed techniques that will make water safe for human drinking and for others too. Water contains carcenogenic compounds. There are over 80% people on the Earth which underground water. So those Peoples need a clean water. There are many techniques that are used to make water clean. Some of them are too old that they will not be able to make water healthy or safe.

With the invention of Reverse Osmosis (RO) ccours in cleaning the water. Firstly its cellulose that is used to clean the water. Which is replaced by Nanoporous Filters or RO Filters. These will not only remove suspended particle but also removes Heavy Metals and Microorganisms from water.

Mesoporous Clay and Ceramics are the major nanoporous filter particles used in RO Plants. By whom we are drinking a healthy, safe water now a days.
