Turtle cake with kiwis
ingredients:
1 natural yoghurt (keep the pot to use it
as a measure)
2 jars of powdered sugar
3 pots of flour
3 eggs
A sachet of baking powder
1/2 pot of oil
4 or 5 kiwis for decoration
3 tbsp apricot jam
Gelling agent for pie (on sale on the shelf
pastry in all stores)
1 mold or salad bowl half sphere (the bowl with
salad in worsex for example)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together at
electric mixer.
Butter and flour the mold.
Pour the batter into the mold.
Bake at 180 ° for 25 minutes then
let cool.
The decor:
Peel and cut the kiwis into thin slices.
Heat the apricot jam and
brush the cake. Overlap
slices of kiwis.
The legs of the turtles:
Peel and cut in 4 the kiwis. Make
incisions to give the impression of paws
and put them on the turtle.
The head :
Cut a half kiwi and carve a mouth and
dig two holes for the eyes. In the
hollow eyes we can add the seeds of
kiwis or cloves.
Prepare the pie gelling agent as directed
on the box and completely cover the cake
then put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
