Dinner looks yummy! But what I've learnt over the years is that: we don't derive satisfaction from food, but rather from the love, time and dedication that was put in preparing that food.
At the time of tasting the food, give thanks to the hands that prepared it, to the company that we will have, and so surely, all those foods will nourish our body and spirit.
