Here is a recipe and how to make Dara Goreng Bird
Material :
- 5 pigeons
Ground spices :
- 4 cloves of red onion
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 1 segang galangal, geprek
- 2 segments of ginger, grated
- 2 large lemongrass, geprek
- 1 segment of turmeric
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 3 grains of hazelnut that has been roasted
- 5 bay leaves
- sugar, salt to taste
How to make :
- Wash the Birds Dara, drain the water.
- Sauté all the finer spices until fragrant.
- Enter the Bird Dara into the presto with fine spices.
- Add water to cover all parts of her pigeon (until submerged).
- Presto for approximately 1.5 hours with medium heat. (If her pigeon is old, her flesh is hard, can add her presto time until tender).
- The rest of his presto water can be pan-fried to serve as a companion sauce.
