I know right!? What's surprising is that it all just comes down to one strand , and one strand only. Feels very peculiar having such a wide and flat noodle, because its just not something you ever taste anywhere else..

I was expecting it to taste a little bland, but actually the noodles have really absorbed the sauces and flavours very well.
