Hi charles, and thank you for stopping by! This was indeed my first 3-Star restaurant and I would say it was worth every penny. For an asian, it would be considered on the slightly salty side but that doesn't make it any less exceptional considering it's wonderful diversity of it's dishes in every course, as well as their beautiful presentation.
