Ice-cream "Eclipse S"
INGREDIENTS:
Bananas - 4 pcs.;
Nut paste - 2 tsp;
Bitter chocolate - 35-40 g.;
Soft curds or cottage cheese cream;
Maple syrup - 2 tsp.
Step 1:
Slice the bananas and put in the freezer. After to defrost leave them at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2:
We at first grind our bananas and one tablespoon of maple syrup.
Step 3:
After we reached a uniform consistency, we add cheese cream. Mix once again.
Step 4:
We add one table spoon of nut paste. Mix once again.
Step 5:
We put all in capacity and we put to freezer. We repeat the second and third step once again.
Step 6:
Now that at us all it is ready, slice the chocolate to small-sized slices. They should turn out different in shape and size. So will be tastier.
Step 7:
We add to the first portion and mix with chocolate. We strew by chocolate crumb from above and it is ready!
Note:
This ice-cream is recommended to eat in soft kind at once after cooking.
Maple syrup can be replaced to Your favourite.
