Delicate banana pie with sour cream
flour 200 g
Butter 100 g
bananas 2 pcs.
eggs 1 pc.
sugar 1 tbsp.
baking powder 1 teaspoon
for filling:
sour cream 200 g
sugar 100 g
eggs 1 pc.
flour 2 tbsp.
Beat up sugar and eggs, add butter and flour with baking powder, stir until a homogenous dough is obtained.
Bananas cut into circles.
From the beaten egg with sour cream, flour and sugar, prepare the filling.
Put the dough in a mold, mold the sides, put the banana, pour the egg mixture on top.
Bake a gentle banana pie with sour cream a third of an hour in a preheated oven beforehand.
