...though there was this one time, I forget which show it was, had a chicken recipe that you used apples slices with....I didn't have any apples so I thought I could just use apple sauce. Believe me I haven't lived that down to this day, even the hungriest of my son's friends couldn't stomach that.

    I'm with you on that one. Seems weird that it was so necessary to be apple slices. It almost seems to me that sauce would be better.

    I thought it turned out well. Would have been better with flour I think though.
