Requirements
Ragi Flour – 1 cup
Raw Rice(Pacharisi) – 1/4 cup
Water – around 2 cups(for cooking raw rice) + 4 cups(for ragi flour) + as required to make koozh
Curd – 1 cup
Small Onion – 2 tbsp chopped
Curry Leaves – 2 tsp finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1
Salt – to taste

Preparation Method.

1.Blend ragi flour with some water and whisk it well with no lumps. Set aside. Take crude rice in a blender.

  1. Granulate it to a coarse blend like rava. In an overwhelming bottomed vessel, bubble some water, include rice and cook it until the point when delicate to a porridge like consistency. Then include the blended ragi flour blend and required salt.

  2. In low fire, continue blending and cook it till it turns out to be thick and crude taste of ragi flour leaves. It will wind up sparkling and thick. The cooked rice will be seen in the middle of as demonstrated here. At this stage turn off and spread it in a wide mouth holder and let it chill off totally.

  3. Add little water to curd whisk it well, Set aside.Grind green chillies to a coarse paste.I exchanged to anoth wide mouthed holder to chill off quickly.Now to the ragi koozh include margarine milk,chopped onions, slashed curry leaves and green bean stew glue.
