Low-carb cakes with cheese and savory

Sometimes I miss the bread and all its derivatives. But at such times, instead of despair, you know - I find alternatives. That day I got a lot of cheese stuffed with cheese. I wanted delicious cakes for chicken soup for dinner. That's why I cooked cakes with cheese and savory without white flour, of course!

What do you need:


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt - home-made
  • 2 bits of soda
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons sesame flour
  • 1 tablespoon sesame tahini
  • Cow's cheese - well ripened

Preparation:


Well, I'll lie if I say I do not shop regularly, but it's been so long since I'm in the GAPS regime that my closets are full of them. There is a little bit of everything and sometimes I just improvise with what I have. And so - as I said - I wanted a cheeseburger - I made cheeseburgers. I knocked four eggs and added coconut flour to them. Add a little Sesame. In 4 tablespoons yogurt (it is unnecessary to say, but I will recall it is a homemade lemon!) I sprinkled the soda to smudge. I added olive oil. Then I found a little left of the sesame than in the fridge and put a spoon to get up a bit.

I mixed with a mixer. I sprinkled with savory - dried and real. And I stirred again. And inside - I crushed a cheese. It - well ripe. You know, for GAPS mode it must be one, the brass is not recommended. I mixed up, but this time with a spoon.

Again, using a spoon, I put small balls on baking paper, which I grew with a little butter (maybe olive oil).

In the oven - 180 degrees until they get a ready look. And done!

Delicious cheese with savory. And the bread is no longer missing!

I love anything that has cheese in it, I'm very intrigued about these cake flavor I've never tried sesame flour, I will eat them warm from the oven with more tahini on top
