Products


200 g yogurt

2 boiled eggs

1 pepper

2-3 cups of chickpeas from a jar

50 g of black boneless olives

Himalayan salt to taste

1 avocado

Preparation


  1. Pass all products in the chopper for about a minute until everything is homogenized.

  2. Inject the mousse onto cocktail rolls or crackers and decorate as desired.
