You caused quite some confusion in my brain, did I or did I not use arrowroot in my cooking, the name rang a bell but I was not sure, first I thought it was a sweet dish I made with a chinese yam, sweet led me to the right direction though, a starter named Goma Dofu, made from sesame, and here it was hidden in the recipe, the kuzu! I had Goma Dofu as part of a vegetarian kaiseki menu, and made it myself too. Starting to loose track of my cooking :) Nice to see arrow root in Indian cuisine, now I can crossuse the ingredients:)
