How to Deal with Giant Oysters

I'm a super fan of raw oysters so to my surprise when I arrived at one of my favorite buffets. The oyster wasn't included in the buffet but only there as an exclusive dish. The oysters were so huge, they reminded of the super large ones I've had over the years. This dish also came with shrimp roe and a special soy sauce for oysters.

After I ended this fine meal, I made a vow to come back within the week to, well, eat some more oysters!
