Way Beyond Pad Thai

OK, ok. My post may not be as cute as @waybeyondpadthai but my post is way beyond because it's made with crispy wonton strips or fried ramen noodles. Tomato, tomahto. Pad Thai is normally made with fettucini-like noodles called Sen Chan noodles and was introduced to Thailand during the Ayuthaya Kingdom by Chinese traders. Over the years the recipe adapted to the local taste buds into what we know today as pad Thai. Today's lunch was at a place dedicated to pink noodles but I optioned for their pad Thai because the restaurant is famed for that too.
