Even though they say Steemit is "like Bitcoin with women", the majority of users as well as SteemFest attendees are male. It's great to see a platform like Steemit where women are welcome and accepted, because it can empower more females to enter the tech/financial revolution! I would be interested to know the stats on attendees this year; SteemFest the First had about 30% women.
