SPECIAL CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

I am a chocolate lover in all its presentations, and in cakes it is very delicious, this recipe is a traditional chocolate cake, but prepared by me. Very good to eat in the afternoon with a coffee.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 eggs.
• 1 and 1/4 cup wheat flour.
• 1 and 1/2 Cup of sugar. - 200 gr of melted margarine.
• 3/4 Cup of cocoa powder without sugar.
• Vanilla essence to taste. - 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
• 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda.

Preparation:

1.- Beat the egg whites until stiff, then the yellow ones are added, and then the sugar is added.
2.- On the other hand, all the dry, previously sifted ingredients are joined and incorporated into the mixture of eggs and sugar.
3.- And finally incorporate melted margarine in an enveloping way, and vanilla essence.
4.- Transfer the mixture to a floured or silicone mold. * Optional: Garnish with nuts and drops of bitter chocolate without sugar (dark chocolate).
5.- Take to the preheated oven for approximately 30 min at 180 'C.
6.- Enjoy hot with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup or cold with nutella and strawberry.
