Ingredients for 4 people:
- 350g of potato
- 500 g of pumpkin (to be cleaned)
- 1 egg
- 150gr of buckwheat flour
- 50g of cassava starch
- Salt
Preparation:
* Cook the potato and the pumpkin in the oven for 20 min at 200 ° C (the result should not be too soft). Once cooked, crush and knead all the ingredients. Let stand the mass 15 min covered with a cloth. Create the strips with the dough and cut it with a knife every 2-3 fingers. Finish shaping the gnocchi and boil them with plenty of water over strong heat, once they float to the surface, remove and serve.
