Hello friends of steemit today I offer you today a recipe that will allow you to escape (you and your taste buds) for a moment in the southern Mediterranean.

  • 200gr of pinnas
  • 60gr of chorizo ​​(soft or strong) - 20 large fresh shrimp
  • 1 olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of milk cream
  • chives

preparation:

To start, cook the pasta in a boiling pan.
Drain and set aside.

Cut the chorizo ​​into small pieces, then peel the shrimp.
Chop the chives and then mix the pasta, chorizo, shrimp and chives with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Pour everything into a skillet over high heat, stirring constantly 2 / 3min.
Once everything begins to color, add the 2 tablespoons of milk cream.
Keep mixing well.

Then make the dishes of your choice, without forgetting salt and pepper to your liking !! He's prepared !
