Yoghurt donut
2 yogurt jars
6 flour jars
4 jars of sugar
6 medium eggs
2 jars of peanut oil
2 yeast bags
Mix the yogurt with the sugar in the planetary basket. Add the sifted flour previously with the yeast, the eggs, one at a time, then, the oil. If desired, flavor with candied fruit, chocolate drops or citrus juice. In short, the classic fantasy in power. Pour into a ring mold up to 3/4 in height and bake at 180 ° C for the time necessary to have a soft, damp sweet. Just cold, sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
