Wow, that is really exotic cuisine, everything your mentioned and showed on your pictures is something I never heard and tasted. Only of course I know sushi, but standard and these ones are really funny looking, with different faces and of course sizes. Japanese cuisine something that I never tried before and recently I tasted few dishes while being in combined restaurant of three cuisine Chinese, Mongolian and Japanese that was really great experience.
