There is nothing tastier then fresh baked bread, I believe many of us still remember their grandmothers who used to do many different bakery types themselves and that is a real luxury now. Unfortunately we became more lazy and like to buy ready stuff and forgetting the basic skills, what will happen to us when we have some natural disaster and cut off from shop that will have no supply. Your post presented the secrets of our older generation very well, so appetizing and inviting to go back to roots and just try to do it. Really enjoyable to read, thank you for the information put together.

When I was researching this I noticed that only in the last two years there seems to be a huge interest in sourdough exploding. People are just ready for real food again and not the disease and allergy supporting foods that are marketed to people with intention of making more customers for the pharmaceutical industry...but, that's another blog.
