McDonalds can get the best chicken sandwich in the world and they still will not beat out Chik-fil-A.

Simple fact is Chick-fil-A's secret weapon is service, service, service! They make it their focus and don't tolerate workers who don't make it their focus.

I don't know why most other corporate chains don't see that but they don't. They have all the facts available to them and do big expensive market research and decide to make a chicken sandwich too. They'll go back again and again and try other gimmicks, but won't figure it out. Go figure.
