Vanilla Cream Cubes 😋

The recept:
6 Eggs
180 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean or 2 PKT. vanilla sugar
100 g flour
2 TBSP cornstarch
1 litre of milk
2 roll (s) puff pastry
200 ml whipped cream
n. B. powdered sugar for dusting

White creamy stir the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla extract, then add the flour and the corn flour and stir. Bring the milk to a boil, add the egg mixture and stir until a thick cream is formed. Allow to cool completely.

A puff pastry on the form cut out and bake for 15 minutes at 200 ° C upper / lower heat. Repeat the procedure with the second puff pastry.
