Ingredients :
- Black pepper to taste.
- 200 grams of salmon.
- 2 cloves of red onion.
- Oregano to taste.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 yellow paprika.
- Thyme to taste.
- 1 red paprika.
- Salt to taste.
- 2 tomatoes.
- Oil to taste.
- Lime juice.

How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Wash the salmon then fillet. Set aside.
- Cut tomatoes, red paprika, yellow paprika, and 2 cloves of garlic into pieces.
- Puree ginger and onion then set aside.
- To make ratatouille, prepare garlic, onions, peppers, and tomatoes.
- Turn on the stove and heat the oil over the pan for sautéing.
- Put all ratatouille ingredients, then cook for 2 minutes.
- Add thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Stir until blended, then remove and set aside.
- Prepare a bowl and put fish into the bowl. Season the fish with garlic, onion, and ginger that has been mashed.
- Allow for 20 minutes for perfect seasoning.
- After 20 minutes, turn on the stove and heat the frying pan.
- Give enough oil and put fish into the pan. Wait until both sides of the fish are cooked. Then lift and drain.
- Prepare a serving plate, put ratatouille on it, then add the cooked salmon.
- Give garnish to make it look pretty.
