Salmon with Ratatouille

Ingredients :

  • Black pepper to taste.
  • 200 grams of salmon.
  • 2 cloves of red onion.
  • Oregano to taste.
  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 yellow paprika.
  • Thyme to taste.
  • 1 red paprika.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • Oil to taste.
  • Lime juice.


How To Make :

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Wash the salmon then fillet. Set aside.
  • Cut tomatoes, red paprika, yellow paprika, and 2 cloves of garlic into pieces.
  • Puree ginger and onion then set aside.
  • To make ratatouille, prepare garlic, onions, peppers, and tomatoes.
  • Turn on the stove and heat the oil over the pan for sautéing.
  • Put all ratatouille ingredients, then cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Stir until blended, then remove and set aside.
  • Prepare a bowl and put fish into the bowl. Season the fish with garlic, onion, and ginger that has been mashed.
  • Allow for 20 minutes for perfect seasoning.
  • After 20 minutes, turn on the stove and heat the frying pan.
  • Give enough oil and put fish into the pan. Wait until both sides of the fish are cooked. Then lift and drain.
  • Prepare a serving plate, put ratatouille on it, then add the cooked salmon.
  • Give garnish to make it look pretty.
