- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder.
- 100 Grams of bread flour.
- Chili powder to taste.

- 6 Tablespoon flour.
- 1 Piece of chicken.
- Enough water.
- Salt to taste.

How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Wash the chicken thoroughly, then chicken fillets into pieces. Then set aside.
- Take a large bowl and put the flour, cornstarch, garlic, pepper powder, salt, and water to taste.
- Stir until thick, and put the chicken into the dough, stir until the chicken is well blended. Then put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Take the chicken from the refrigerator after 3 hours.
- Take the plate and put bread on it, put the chicken into the bread and make sure the bread flour attached perfectly.
- Turn on the stove, prepare the skillet and heat the oil on top. Fried chicken dough until brownish.
