Ingredients :
- 1/2 Teaspoon brown sugar.
- 1/2 Teaspoon coriander.
- 150 Ml of coconut milk.
- 2 Teaspoon curry spice.
- 2 Stalks of lemongrass.
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper.
- 1/4 Teaspoon cumin.
- 1 Tablespoon sugar.
- 300 Grams Chicken.
- 1 Piece of turmeric.
- 2 Tablespoon salt.
- 5 Grains of clove.
- 1 Piece of ginger
- Parsley to taste
- Enough water.
- 5 Candlenuts.
- 8 Onion Red.
- 3 Red Chili.
- 1 Galangal.
- 4 Garlic.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Take a bowl and input onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, curry seasonings, pecans, red peppers, and turmeric.
- Smooth all the ingredients in the bowl with a blender, then set aside.
- Prepare the chicken, wash it clean and separate the chicken from the bone. Then set aside.
- Turn on the stove, put the pan on top of it, and put some oil for sauteing.
- Put all the ingredients that have been blended into the pan.
- Add chicken, pepper powder, cloves, galangal, and lemongrass. Stir well.
- Wait 5 minutes. Then input the coconut milk slowly and add a little water.
- Cook briefly and then add salt and brown sugar. Stir well.
- Wait until the chicken is cooked and move to a large bowl.
- Serve with parsley as a garnish.
