Ingredients :
Pepper powder to taste.
350 Grams nachos.
Olive oil to taste.
2 Cloves shallot.
2 Cloves garlic.
1 lemon.
4 tbs water.
Salt to taste.
1 Cloves onion.
Mayonaise to taste.
1 piece of red tomato.
800 Grams of minced beef.

How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Take onions and garlic then peel and chop.
- Turn on the stove, heat olive oil to taste over the pan, then put onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add salt, pepper powder, and minced meat.
- Stir well then cook until done. Lift and set aside.
- Take onions, red tomatoes, and green tomatoes, then cut into sections. Then stir-fry and put in minced meat.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, and enough water. then lift.
- Put the nachos on a plate and put the minced meat cooked on it.
- Ready to serve.
