Ingredients
- 250g linguine
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup kalmata olive
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- 1 tablespoon caper
The steps
- In a large pot, bring a salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat, then add olive oil, garlic and red chili flakes. Cook until fragrant.
- Add oregano, olives, diced tomatoes, capers and tomato paste. Bring to simmer for 10 minutes. Make sure to stir it occasionally.
- Add the tuna and cook for a minute before adding the cooked pasta. Stir well.
- Serve and Enjoy!
