BANANA KIWI SPINACH SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 sliced banana
- 500g spinach
- 3 cubed kiwis
- 250ml milk
- 300g plain greek yogurt
The steps
- Put fruit inside a freezer bag, seal it and store in freezer for up to 8 months.
- When the fruit are ready to use, put spinach and milk into the blender first and blend well.
- Add the frozen fruit and Greek yogurt to the blender and blend until all the ingredients become smooth.
- Serve and Enjoy!
