Have just published a post about some research before I start a 3-day fast, which would be classed as periodic fasting rather than intermittent. How do you actually feel it has helped?

Here in Thailand it's no big deal, in the sense that Buddhist monks fast from midday till breakfast the following day. Admittedly, some do smoke, which kinda ruins the exercise!
