Street food in Vietnam
Hello everyone! Special attention in Vietnam deserves street food. Here you can see street cafes, at the entrance to which there are basins with live seafood. These are crabs, lobsters, shellfish, oysters, snails, shrimp. Each basin is supplied with a plastic tube through, which oxygen enters to the sea creatures. You can choose any seafood, the cafe staff will catch them and cook for you. In areas of the city, where Vietnamese live - there are many cafes with small chairs and tables. They're small, because Vietnamese are mostly small) My husband and I once were in a such cafe, but we are with him tall, so we were quite uncomfortable to sit) As for the food - everything was delicious!
Thanks for reading!

I love rock lobster here in Vietnam. Whilst a lot of Vietnamese food is not to my taste, the seafood here is amazing, especially in the small BBQ joints, in District 4, Saigon. Of course when you move round the country, the coastal resorts have the freshest seafood in the country.
You are 100% right!
I have not seen of these aquatic animals.. Some of them even look scary 😀
