How to make Beef Carpaccio..
Great day of tasting and photography of nice plate of Beef Carpaccio, so though of sharing with you the ingredients.
- 150 g fresh beef tenderloin
- 1 cup (250 ml) baby arugula or watercress
- 1 / 4 cup (60 ml) shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
That dishes looks very good i've never eaten carpaccio but i think it has a strong flavor and i think combine very good with a good wine. Regards
